The location, it was just beside the highway but yet in a calm area. Walking distance to many restaurants. We discover the BEST INDIAN NEPALIS RESTURANT KASTHAMANDAP KITCHEN!!!!!

The receptionist were no trained to deal with the customer.worst ever. We had booked a king bedroom, without explanation gave us a double queen. When in the room tired ready to relax, there were NO towels. That we had to go to pick ourselves to the reception and we were given not even folded towels. 🫣 first time I’m disappointed with a Booking rating, never would had expected this from 9.1 rated hotel.
