"The worst service experience"

Check in y atención del personal y Manager fue terrible. Nuestra habitación debió estar disponible a las 3:00 pm hrs, y recién estuvo disponible a las 10:00 pm. Tuvimos que esperar 7 horas con nuestras hijas dando vueltas en carro por la ciudad. Es la peor experiencia de servicio que he tenido en un hotel. El personal solo decía que debíamos esperar, que no había disponibilidad a pesar de tener una reserva. El manager no ofreció ninguna solución solo nos entregó una dirección de correo electrónico para reclamos. Debimos pagar 255 dólares por una habitación en la cual solo dormimos y permanecimos no más de 12 horas. Check in and attention of staff and Manager was terrible. Our room should have been available at 3:00 pm hrs, and it was only available at 10:00 pm. We had to wait 7 hours with our daughters driving around the city. It's the worst service experience I've had in a hotel. The staff only said that we had to wait, that there was no availability despite having a reservation. The manager did not offer any solution, he only gave us an email address for complaints. We had to pay 255 dollars for a room in which we only slept and stayed no more than 12 hours.
