I love the location and how the hotel is set up

Found roaches in my room when i confronted staff about it the manager was rude and kept telling there was no way it could be roaches in his hotel , made me feel like i wasn’t being heard out on a serious situation

My overall experience at home two suites I will give it a 4.3 I would say it will be a 9.8 until me and my kids came down one night to grab snacks just to see the front desk Andrew arguing with the valet ask the valet is telling him to just leave and leave him alone and he keep moving towards him, gaining more in his space, and the valet is still telling him to leave him alone walk away he even asked the other front desk to tell him to leave him alone I don’t know how any of it started. All I do know is him and the other front desk came back from outside, and he just started to argue with the valet. It even came to a point to where I said why don’t you just leave him alone and he kept antagonizing him I feel so bad for that poor valet he did not deserve that. I honestly felt disgusted on how the front desk presented herself and acted while also knowing there was guests down in the lobby that is highly unprofessional and like I said the valet didn’t do anything to deserve that disrespect or to have someone in his face yelling and then also kept switching his tone like you wasn’t in his face yelling and now trying to calm, even though he still telling you to just leave and go home
