The hotel was very clean. Check in was very fast. The room was big.

They should add shower caps and tips in the bathrooms. Although the room was very good and service was great.

Breakfast was very good as were the accommodations. We were a little disappointed that we were charged $11.99 for one night's parking. This was not the case when we previously stayed at this hotel.

The person at the reception was business-like, matter-of-fact, and offered no help when I was trying to figure out how to scan for parking. He was in a hurry to move on to other customers.

"Great stay for overnight layovers in CLT"

This is my go to hotel when laying over in CLT. I love the scent of the body wash and lotion. Rooms are clean, quiet, and roomy. 24 hour free shuttle to/from airport is great.

I did not like not being able to get the shuttle time to the airport I wanted because it was full. I got to the airport super early instead so all was good. Next time, I will call early and try to book my time before I arrive since I tend to arrive late at night.
