During my stay, there was an interaction with the general manager that I experienced as escalated and uncomfortable. I was approached at my room and asked to respond immediately and provide personal contact information, which left me feeling pressured and concerned about the appropriateness of the interaction.

It was in the perfect location to access the Korean Spa

Ordered a drink, and it was $32, and not even made correctly :( Granted, it was high end liquor, but I was expecting $18, not almost double! And the fact that it wasn’t even made correctly was not fair
