Apartment had most of what you needed.

AC unit in one of the bedrooms did not work. No AC in main living area making it really hot. Apartment was tired. Needs renovating. Only 1 small soap in each bathroom.

The rug is the lounge room very unsafe needs to be removed or replaced, moves as soon as your stand on it

how close it was to the shops and beach and how open the whole unit was.

the main bathroom had no pressure to the shower at all it just dribbleed out, other then that everything was amazing

Location was very good but noisy.

The whole unit could do with a revamp. The furniture is very cheap and shows signs of wear and tear. Not comfortable at all. The mattresses are very hard and uncomfortable for me. The window sills all have what looks like mould on them. The ceiling fans in most rooms barely work. The curtains in the lounge/dining area do not cover the windows properly and the blinds in 2 bedrooms do nothing to block the light out. Bathrooms are all showing their age. The cutlery and plates etc are a mish mash from the local op-shop. But after saying all this the unit felt clean other than the window sills.

There were cleaning rags left on the chairs there was a roof top with no chairs to even sit on. There was mould in the bathrooms and on the backs of cupboards and also in the cooking equipment.

It was close to cafes, restaurants and shops etc. We arrived early and were able to collect the keys which saved us waiting around for hours.

Very out of date amenities (bathrooms very tired and wardrobes doors not closing properly). No lift so had to lug 3 large bags up 3 flights of stairs. Clean beds etc but didn't look to have been dusted in a really long time. No air conditioning in main living/kitchen/dining areas. Overpriced for what it is.

Good size apartment. Great location close to most things.

Location awesome! So close to the beach and main street. The apartment came with its own garage, which was great. The pool area was fine. There is a BBQ in there, and it is nice to have it available after a day at the beach. All the beds were comfortable. The washing machine and dryer were good. A clothes rack is also available.The kitchen was fine and had all the basic utensils, fry pans, etc. The 2 bathrooms were dated but ok. Having 2 toilets was great.

The bookings.com website advertises air conditioning but does not specify that it is only available in bed #2 and bed #3. There is NO air conditioning in the main bedroom or the living areas. Only ceiling fans and a dehumidifier. It was terrible and we didn't even use the main bedroom. As a family of 6, we had to sleep in the 2 bedrooms so we could sleep at night. It was very disappointing we couldn't relax in the living room after coming back after a day out as the apartment was very hot and humid.
