Great location, easily walkable to restaurants and shops.

Taking a shower was challenging. One day the hot water ran out so I finished with a cold shower. The hot water didn’t last long enough on any of the days.

The location is perfect, in the centre of Terni. The room was clean and spacious. There was everything I needed. It was nice to drink morning coffee on the balcony. I didn't meet the staff, but they answered very quickly to all my messages.

I liked everything, but it wasn't really cosy.

Location was good position in town, it does have a small kitchen but we didn’t use it. Clean room with air conditioning

not easy to find as no name on property , also see other reviews it is almost above a busy bar so if you’re an early night person you might want to take ear plugs! Oh and a plug for the basin!

Location in old town so plenty of restaurants, and facilities available. Staff excellent and cleanliness superb.

No lift and as next to a restaurant noisy late at night.

Very cozy and nice

The location is superb, close to basically everything in the city. The kitchen is very handy and has every tool you need to make a simple meal, except maybe a decent knife. Beds are very comfortable, and the host is really friendly and helpful.

The shower takes quite some time to warm up and doesn't have the greatest water pressure.
