OYO Hotel Alice TX Hwy 281 West

Really bad customer service, I drove in from Houston ready to checkin my room and the lady was so rude and disrespectful. She told me I have to wait to 8 am to check in my room even tho I had already paid for the room, it’s ridiculous! Every other hotel had no problem getting me a room at the time it was. Very disappointed

I was in town for an event at the DG grand opening. I found OYO and the price was great. Staff was friendly and the room was pretty big. I enjoyed my stay and would come back.

My only concern was our tub was plugged up and WE had to ask for a plunger. Water literally works not go down until flowing morning otherwise everything else was good.

Trash and the room sevise ladies lying about customers and having them put on a band list

Very poor Said it was pet friendly and when I got there they wanted to charge me $25 for a pet which it doesn't say on the app..

Actually there was nothing I didn’t dislike

Very disgusting place, nasty and dirty old appliances, shower curtain sinks and stained, AC sinks as urinal, no TV at all and no wi-fi, floor not clean for sure, stay away if possible. The only reason we had to stay is because my husband being a truck driver was out of hours and we have already paid through the app
