everything! as soon as I drove up to my room, I could smell nothing but marijuana. The room was severely outdated. It looked nothing compared to the pictures posted. There was mold in the bathrooms a smell in the rooms, the remote that was given to us at the front office had white crust all over it. the room overall just looked dirty

Desk lady was kind and Courteous.

Room was nothing like the pictures. Landscaping was overgrown and contained. The toilet bull was green. The sliding door shook whenever the exterior door shut.

Nothing!!!

I got there and tried checking in. The look and cleanliness made me turn back around! I didn't trust the rooms or parking lot. I was told I could request a refund upon cancelation, that was a lie also! The Entire Experience, room to trying to receive help on changing rooms or hotel! I am still trying to figure out how to get refunded! It said free cancelation and refund and that was a LIE!!!!
