"Bad Employees Ruin A Good Property"

We booked Terence Blanchard and his band in this property because our regular property at The Delta RTP was not available. Toni Towson was so rude and was not willing to lift one finger to make our experience easy. She clearly does not care about her job or the brand and should not be in a public-facing role.

Location is great. Close (but not too close) to I-40, very close to NCSU campus. Hotel is well-maintained and staff are all friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
