Beautiful hotel. Would recommend it.

Quality hotel, classy, clean, well staffed, great breakfast, good food at night, relaxed atmosphere go again

Nice bright room - recommend to ask for a room on the higher floor as the lower floors look darker. Breakfast was nice (not amazing). Very close to the beach.

Some of the staff were very rude and unfriendly, though some were lovely - not consistent though. In particular, all of the staff at the Egos beach club were very rude (except the one older gentleman who works there). Considering you are paying a premium price to stay there for the day - the staff never come around to ask if you want a drink or food, we had to consistently go inside to find them and ask. They also told us the price of the beds is €70 until we questioned why the sign outside says from €60, to which they then explained some are more expensive than others. Otherwise they would have made us pay for the more expensive ones if we hadn’t queried this. They also appear like a magnet if you try and drink any bottled water brought in from outside - miraculous as when you actually need them for something they are no where to be found. We also asked is there a discount if you are a hotel guest - to which they replied “yes but only €2 or €3 it’s not much?” - again, if we hadn’t asked they wouldn’t have told us, so quite deceptive.

Lovely hotel

Area too quiet very little nightlife and a nightmare to get a taxi.no taxi rank in whole area and most of the buses are full when they arrive so you have to wait for the next one.

Ubicado en un lugar tranquilo y bien conectado. Desayuno espectacular y la pieza/baño eran amplios y espaciosos.

A pesar de que cuando llegabamos estaba limpio, durante nuestra estadía practicamente no nos hicieron limpieza en la habitación. Las camas las estiraban (de mala forma), no limpiaron vasos sucios, no aspiraban arena… al reclamar, nos dijeron que eso no debería haber ocurrido, sin embargo no vimos mucha disposición a solucionarlo.

Great location – 10/10. It’s only a 2-minute walk to the Sa Marina Centre, about 10 minutes to Cala d’Or Marina, and around 20 minutes to Cala d’Or town centre, so everything is easily accessible. The rooms were very good (9/10) and spotlessly clean (10/10). Breakfast was excellent (10/10) – you really couldn’t ask for more, with plenty of options to suit everyone. One thing we really liked was the no sunbed reservation rule, which kept things fair for all guests. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return.

The food was very nice and felt homemade. The staff in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner were very nice. The location is good.

The pool area was packed and is quite small considering the size of the hotel. They told us that they had a strict no reserving sun bed policy on check in however when we went to go to the pool all the sunbeds were reserved with towels and only a handful had people were on them. They have a beach club across the way but we paid 150 euro to have a Balinese bed there just to have somewhere to go. The hotel itself is quite old fashioned, and I would not consider it 4 star at all bar the food. The carpet in the hallway on the ground floor rooms is badly in need of replacing and felt a bit grim walking through it. This could be down to preference but I found the bed very uncomfortable and didn’t get a proper sleep.
