Location and it was clean.

Chairn had rips in it, floor was coming up in places, table had chips in the paint and tv did not work in the AM.

It was beautiful and very clean. Staff was very friendly. Room was gorgeous. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely nothing. It’s fantastic.

Breakfast was ok. We have stayed many times at different Tru Hotels and they have had better selections at other hotels. It was just ok.

booked on line and booked two king rooms. We got one king and one double. The guy at the front desk said they didn't have any rooms with two king beds in them. He had no idea that I had booked two seperate rooms, both with king beds. Then our tv didn't work, and we discovered there weren't batteries in the remote. He had no batteries either. Finally after over 30 minutes he was able to locate batteries but had to call someone to reset the tv, so that it would work. It was just a nightmare. We didn't like that we had NO towels. We had to wait until the next morning to get towels. The guy at the front desk told us the cleaning crew didn't show up that day so nobody did any laundry. They were doing some type of construction to the room that adjoined ours and we had to call the lobby to get them to stop the madness at 12:30AM because we couldn't sleep with all the noise from pounding and other noise. It was not right to have that going on that late at night. We love the Tru brand in general, but this facility needs some guidance, some managing and some common sense. Tthe front desk folks were very nice, but they simply didn't have a clue.

I thought it was kind of minimalist in their decorating kind of basic but it all works ! You have everything you need I would totally have stayed longer if we weren’t picking up our horse

Breakfast NOTHING like TN. Very Econolodge like. Whoever controlling that budget needs training. Send them to TN and TAKE NOTES!!!! Then duplicate! We may be back to see if improved. After that, we will drive by!

Clean hotel! Mina, the evening desk person, was exceptionally helpful and personable!! We especially enjoyed the Lavazza coffee and the soap in bathroom was so fragrant. Would stay here again if in the area.

Clean beds and bathroom. Filtered water was a nice touch. Modern and updated look was nice

Breakfast was not good. The room was clean but the elevator and halls were dirty with a smell. Messed up our room because of third party website mistake.
