The cozy apartment (with kitchen) had everything we needed. The room was very clean with a very nice and large bathroom. The location was very quiet, but in the small town of Ubersee, a short drive to Lake Chiemsee and about a 1 hour drive to Berchtesgaden National park.

The twin beds were a bit firm (but some people like a firm mattress). The ceiling was pretty low on one side of the room and the wood beam going across had a fairly sharp edge - it could use a cusion/padding or at least a rounded edge.
