The property’s rooms are spacious and clean, they are very nice for when you’re very tired and just trying to rest

For starters, we noticed that they make the prices on booking almost triple than what you would pay for if you just booked directly with them. I would’ve tried to do that had I not been warned that in case of cancellation I would pay full price either way. Then they asked for our choose for included breakfast, we specified we wanted the Set A for my girlfriend and the curry for me; they delivered the breakfast at the hour we stated but they just gave us two sad cup ramens. And the worst part was that we asked them if we could leave our single piece of luggage for the day while we went out to explore Nara park and they refused to do it; claiming they would only do that for guests staying multiple nights, so overall a very bitter experience even if it was just one night.

スタッフの方が感じが良かったです。 夕飯も頼めたので疲れて帰って来て、又出なくてすんで助かりました。そして思っていたよりもはるかに美味しかったです。朝食も部屋まで届けてもらえて助かりました。

全体に暗くてちょっと仕事をするのに大変でした。 全体に古くて、そして洗面台の周りにカビがあり、他にもカビが目立ちました。古くても掃除が行き届いていればこんな事にはならないと思うのでちょっと残念です。

消臭剤を何度かけても臭ってくるタバコ臭い。
