ATTENTION A LA MARCHE : le propriétaire doit mettre une bande foncée pour bien différencier la marche du sol. Nous avions poser le chausse-pied. LE MATELAS : c'est le genre de matelas sur lequel le conjoint bouge le petit doigt et l'autre le ressent. Un vrai trampoline. J'ai dormi sur le canapé. Ce serait bien de poser des rideaux occultants dans le salon. Ça pourrait couper un peu la chaleur aussi et diminuer l'utilisation de la climatisation. Ce serait bien d'avoir un torchon. Par contre, je ne comprends pas pourquoi au départ on ne peut pas laisser la clé dans la boîte à clés codée. Il faut garder la porte de l'entrée ouverte et monter déposer la clé dans l'appartement. On a besoin de cette clé pour l'appartement et l'entrée. 8

It was a solo business trip. The location is quite good. Lots of restaurants and bars.

Very hard to find parking,especially later on, when the parking lots get closed.The check in instructions was outdated and wasn't clear. In the instructions only one lockbox, when in reality there 3. One of them broken. My locker wasn't locked at all, actually it wasn't even closed properly ! And by sheer luck nobody took the key from the open box! When asked via WhatsApp for the invoice, they told me they will give it couple of days after the check out. Later asked via booking and they provided it after the check-out. The TV was very small, about 29inch, poor quality turbo box TV. It wasn't responsive, and after a day wasn't able to use the Netflix at all. But the major issue is....when checking out. It need to be done by two people. One open the main entrance door that can be opened only by the key and hold it open, and other going back to the apartment, leaving the key at the apartment and closing the apartment door. But I was alone, and had to leave my luggage in the entrance door, to hold it open, run back to the apartment, and hope that luggage won't get stolen. If it had been stolen, I had no way to open the entrance door, as the key already was inside the locked apartment.

Very noisy neighburs and the luck of parking wich involves an extra expense of 18 to 22€/24 hours depending how lucky you are. We found parking 1km away from the location and we payed 22€ în a shopping mall.

The location is central and convenient, lots of shops and restaurants around, the apartment's size and interior are decent for a short stay, the street is relatively quiet.

- The nearby parking option is non-existent, no matter what you read in the facility description. We have specifically booked this place due to the possibility to park conveniently our car and sent an explicit request for a parking slot. After we reached the parking as per the property manager's instructions, the parking guy told us that there no places, since it is Friday evening and the parking is full. According to the same guy the only reserved lots are for selected hotels only. Keep that in mind or you will end up like myself - carrying your bags from the port through crowded streets for quite a distance, which could be rather unpleasant after a long drive. I think the parking commitment should be corrected to "none". - The distance to the buildings on the opposite side of the street is rather short. You can effortlessly play backgammon or card games with the neighbours, so using curtains/blinds is a must if you value your privacy.

Great apartment in a perfect location! It was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient and made exploring the area easy. Highly recommend!

Location was good.

It was clean for the most part. Easy check in. However, I think the mattress may have bed bugs. We stayed for several night and unfortunately we experienced a lot of bites.
