The location, decor and wonderful beach view from our balcony.

The property was very nice. We chose to go off-season for less crowds and better economic value. I thought the pricing was a little high for after Labor Day.

We had a wonderful visit but expected it to be totally clean considering what is charged for a cleaning fee. We understand why you wouldn’t want food items available but some coffee would be nice and a spare roll of toilet paper.

We loved the veiw and how convenient the Island Royale is to everything.

The floors really needed a good mopping. We had to wear shoes in the condo.
