"Rough and sketchy experience."

The staff was nice thats about the only good thing about this place.

This area of California made me feel very uncomfortable as a solo female traveler. Wilmington area is very sketchy and industrial. Really nothing nice nearby this motel. I had to Uber to anywhere and that can get costly. If you are booking to save money and venture to long beach, JUST DONT. Book in long beach and spend the money. Wilmington is somewhere I would rather never come back. I heard multiple gunshots very close by. I borrowed a lighter from a guy staying in the building to light my joint. Nice enough guy but he smoked Crack right in front of me and this was just not the vibe I was looking for at all. I ended up leaving after staying 1 of the 5 days i had booked. Glad I got out of this place. I actually booked this place because the reviews were good about it being a safe place. I get they lock the place up and that part is safe but nothing can save you from the sketchyness of this area of the California.. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Also the shower curtain was stained yellow and smelled of straight urine. Not nice.

"Immediate regret choosing this place and losing out on payment. Disgusting, depressing and unsafe"

Very little. It was not what was advertised at all. The room was spacious but that is about it. I checked into this property and after 30 minutes I knew I wouldn’t be staying. I regret ever choosing this place and losing out on a lot of money.

The room smelt disgusting, uncleaned and the smell didn’t disappear after an hour so I believed it to be permanent. The photos online are nothing like what was there. It felt unsafe and depressing. The en-suite had been recently used and smelt horrid. It was also damp and stale. Rust and mould everywhere. I couldn’t even stand in the property to look for a new place to stay. I had to leave immediately. The location is basically a dock yard of industrial proportions and you had to be back at certain times to guarantee your vehicle is safely locked up. If you miss these hours, then it’s good luck on the road out front.
