Pool lots of space great redort access

There was some neighbors playing loud music all night. But they left after two days.

We loved the 1590 Carey Palm Circle rental property. The little pool was perfect for our toddlers. The pools at the facility were great. The kitchen was great for making dinners at home. I would rate the cleanliness an A-. It's 15 minutes from Magic Kingdom.

The way the houses are back to back makes noise echo between. If people are playing music or having a party it can be noisy . The resort pools can be loud too. If you are noise sensitive this is an issue. It didn't really bother us.

The house is very spacious with great white goods (cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer). Great open plan living area with dining table, sofas, TV and kitchen. 4 Bedrooms are all spacious and with wardrobes and plenty of hangers. 4 good size bathrooms all with showers. One bathroom has a tiny bath that is unusable as bath for an adult. Car parking very easy. Liked the gated security to enter the resort. House is very close to the communal pool and bar facilities. Very easy door code access, although the code was changed a week before the end of our stay which caused a bit of panic. We couldn't call the toll free number from our UK mobile phone and there is no phone in the house. Eventually we borrowed a phone from a US person and were then able to get the access code reset. 20-30 minutes from Disney. 40-60 minutes from Universal. Ideal for a family/larger group.

We booked this property based on exceptional reviews about cleanliness, however we were disappointed. It was clean but there were areas that weren't as clean as the could have been (cobwebs in light fittings for example) plus some areas that were hard to reach had just not been cleaned at all and so were unsightly. The main rug in the lounge area looked particularly grubby. There were several marks on the walls that should have been sorted...again nothing major but just left the impression of the house being below par. Overall the property is dated and in need of a bit of refreshing. There were absolutely zero instructions about how to use the white goods or the splash pool. The place is self catering so we were left a starter pack of washing liquid, tablets, kitchen roll etc. We had booked for a 5 week stay however the starter pack was the same as if for a short stay. We thought it would have been reasonable to have received a bit more in the starter pack. In particular there was just one tea towel supplied. A lack of customer focus in our humble opinion. The back yard area with the splash pool did not get much sun due to the surrounding other properties. Overall we enjoyed our stay despite our grumbles. It just did not live up to the sparkling reviews on Booking.com on which we based our decision, hence we feel we did not get good value as there were plenty of less expensive properties we could have booked but we went for this one given its' outstanding reviews.

Townhouse was spacious and very nice. Area was quiet and nice. Rooms were nice and cozy. Kitchen area was amazing.

Need privacy screen on front door, didn't like the clear glass door. Wasted money on buying pool heater option because due to cold weather, the heater did not heat up pool and we did not use it. Better shower heads on showers. Room darkening curtains would be nice also.
