The Lofts at Downtown Salem

The property was clean, the staff, guests, and locals were extremely friendly. The loft itself was cozy and fully stocked, and so much more welcoming than a typical chain hotel. The location felt extremely safe and I loved walking the town.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The only slight downside was thin walls/floors, letting in noise from other units such as walking, running water, etc.

Very clean. Easy access and great instructions from the owner. The interior of the room in the building is super cool.

I would prefer a more automated coffee maker. I do love making a cup of coffee with grounds but being a coffee drinker it would have been nice to have a more on-demand system.

The doors were often open. So I question the security

The walls are super thin I could people using their keypads I could hear someone alarm going off next door

Very very well put together, love the atmosphere and the room was perfect. The host was friendly and professional. Informative and was helpful in finding perfect spots to get a bite and a morning coffee. Definitely will return next time in Salem!
