Silo Design & Boutique Hostel Basel

Super freundliches Personal, alles war total sauber. Ich hatte ein Bett im Frauenschlafsaal. Bin sonst eher fürs Einzelzimmer. Doch ich war total begeistert. Es war gar kein Problem. Die beiden Frauen war sooo nett. Ein wirklich tolles Erlebnis. Übrigens war das ganze Ambiente dort toll und das Frühstück sehr lecker. Gerne komme ich wieder.

The temperature of the room

Overall excellent plan to stay in Basel city.

It's a hostel, I know, and an incredibly well designed one. Yet I wish there was a system to allow for some dimmed light at night (in parts of the room maybe that are not disturbing the sleepers) for more comfort for everyone.

L’architecture et le petit déjeuner

Le manque d’intimité dans le lit des chambres partagées (ajoutez un rideau !) bien que ce problème remontre régulièrement dans les commentaires booking et rien n’est fait :(

The break fast isn’t a real break fast

I loved the design and the breakfast and staff were great

a little out of the way but worth it

Bien placé, propre et très bon petit déjeuner avec des produits frais

Breakfast was amazing, bathrooms extremely clean and big. Bed were comfortable, pillows not so much.

Acceding the property was a bit complicated, after hours. Person on the phone was not the most friendly. But the staff was great. Easy bus access.
