"Nice view and location but not clean."

Big window with view to the ocean. Very beautiful in the morning and sunset.

No hot water. They explained that they use sun-energy heater so hot water is limited in the tank. Any guest uses the bathroom at night will not have hot water. The bed is not clean as it looks. Bathroom has stinky smell.

Good location. Lots of cafes and not far from the option.
