Nothing front desk were not friendly acted like a Karen when I booked my room I was told they gave my room to someone else could not help me or give me my money back

Poor service rude not kool still waiting on my refund for a room I paid for in full and was denied cause im a African American not kool will never be back

front desk people were amazing but promised a partial refund for our rooms and never received it.

rooms were absolutely disgusting.

Breakfast was just oats, muffins and nutri bars with coffee. Cleaning of rooms should be done at least once in three days free of cost.

Shade didn't work so we made a makeshift blind for darkness. Peopla above were loud

Good location and close for our one day trip to Kennedy Space Center. William checked us in and he was so nice and courteous! Since there isn’t anything but a limited “grab n go” breakfast in morning, and we were not there for an “extended stay”, he asked if we needed any dishes for the kitchenette in the room. So just a heads up they give you all that at the front desk. The room doesn’t provide any dishes or coffee maker already in room like a Candlewood suites does. The room was clean, but not very impressive to me aesthetic-wise. It was big enough, but not a lot to fill it up. We had a King size room, a chair, and maybe a desk. No carpeting. It seemed stark and not very “cozy”. Again it was fine for one evening, but I could not be there for an extended stay.

Bare-bones and not very comfy aesthetics-wise.
