まず初めに、チェックインまでのエントランスにはある暗証番号が分からず電話したりと戸惑いました。 チェックインの際の案内が切り替えはできるのですが、英語になったのと、お部屋は綺麗ですが、窓枠と、カーテンが開けて掃除していないのか、ホコリだらけでした。 上の階に外人の大勢のグループが入って行ったのですが、夜中ドンドンと騒がしかったです。 きっと朝方に寝たのだなと言う感じでした。以上参考になりましたら、幸いです。

初めての非対面タイプで不安でしたが比較的大人数であってもスムーズにチェックイン、アウトが出来ました。鹿児島中央駅周辺は飲食店やUber等の宅配サービスも充実しており、食べ物に困る事はありませんでした。駐車場の心配をしていましたが郵便局前に24時間600円の駐車場がありましたので安心して車を置いて鹿児島市内を満喫出来ました。施設に関しては必要にして十分です。エレベーター無しは家族連れで荷物が多い人は少し頑張りが必要ですが、コスパの高い旅行を楽しむ事が出来ました。

全体的に清掃はできていたが、ベッド上部の間接照明に埃が残っていた。 階段の2階部分に脚立と雑巾が残っていて通りにくかった。 階段に埃が溜まっていた。

駅近というわけてはないが閑静な住宅街の一角ということもあり静かでゆっくり過ごすことが出来た。またキッチン、風呂、洗濯機など設備充実しているので不便さなし。また利用したい。
