It was clean

It was so good, just they need to put air-conditioning it was cold. Eix the Ants where too much in the room I was in even our food ended up with and bed ,the drink u where suppose to hold it .They need to put facilities for kids outside because there is too much space so that it can be a place for kids as well.Toilet there was no brush toilet in the room I was in they need to also add that.Otherwise it is a peaceful place to be with. It is a good place nice loveable view.

I have never felt so disregarded and disrespected in my life, I booked a room in this guest house via Hotels.com. They offer two different rooms, a standard Double Room and a presidential/business room. I had booked the latter and made a payment online. We drove all the way to Randburg only to find that they had given our room away and we were taken to sub-standard small room that looked like a prison cell, when we requested to speak to the manager, a lady named Betty refused to talk to us on the phone, one employee was left having to deal with an issue he knew nothing about, I really felt bad for the guy as he was stuck in a situation he did not create. All rooms were fully booked and we refused to sleep in a room we did not book. After a long time, the poor employee arranged for us to be given a decent room in one of their branches in Pretoria. So after driving all the way from Potscheftroom to Randburg, we had to drive for another +40 minutes to Pretoria, it was only then that we were given the room, the service and the treatment that we deserved. Amoris in Randburg should really look into this issue.
