Aspen Resort Golf & Ski

Receptionist was not friendly on arrival. Only 2 Shuttles/day, shuttle driver not friendly, he was grumpy because we were 5 minutes late. The day before though, he was late for 15 minutes, and that didn't seem to be a problem. The receptionist told us that the driver is allowed to be late, but we as guests are not. The extendable couches needed to be fixed with a rope in order not to collapse. Elevator trashy.

Sauna, a small pool, clean

I received a studio that was not accordingly to the pictures when i have booked. The extra bed was broken and we could not use it. Nevertheless, i talked to the receptionist and he offered (after talking to the manager) an appartment, without extra cost. In the appartment, the couch was also broken, my friends had in other rooms the same issue. We had to tie the legs of the bed with ropes. The issue is well known. So, if you plan to stay there, take care if you need an extra bed or if you need to sleep on the couch.

It has a bar and restaurant which aren't great but since you are quite remote from other such places, they are convenient. It has a confortable lobby and a decent swimming pool and spa

One of the receptionists was very rude going as far as getting an argument with someone in our group. This was also the case for one of the shuttle drivers. I can't understand how these people are allowed to interact with tourists on a daily basis(part of this is limited communication capabilities but also a very condecendant attitude). It seems there's no effort to properly train these staff members. This is very confusing as some of the other staff were nice and quite helpful. Also, our foldout bed needed the midsection to be secured with some ropes so it wouldn't collapse/bend once someone sat on it. Breakfast was very basic and completely lacked variety.

The staff is not welcoming. They seem very upset all the time. It seems you're bothering them with your presence. They have limited English skills.
