Friendly, helpful, kind personnel and clean hotel. Was nice and warm inside the whole hotel, the pool area was clean as well.

Everything was very good,the staff was great, the food was great, the interior was great, we felt like home, a real vacation

only that there was no wifi in the room but only in the hall downstairs

The quality of breakfast.

The spa zones is under the ground, the atmosphere around the pool is uncomfortable (depressive)in the spa centre is very wet, but for 3stars is okay.

"It was quiet and perfect to relax! I would stayed longer if it wasn't for the blocked shower."

The breakfast was nice, in fact I keep making the same one after I left, and the lobby was very pleasant and comfortable to work from.

The drain in the shower cabin was blocked since the start. I notified the reception and the cleaning ladies but they never fixed it although they said that they would.
