The villa was beautiful, great location and wonderful villa staff and management.

Would NOT recommend before the construction on the neighbouring building is done. It is EXTREMELY noisy and the construction is basically in the back garden of the villa, so we could not use the pool without the workers looking straight down on us (not because they were rude, but because of the building placement). We ended up staying there as little as possible. I also think the new building will make the villa’s back garden feel quite shut in.

unfortunately there is building going on right at the back of the villa, so it was very noisy and the builders were overlooking the pool!

The villa is old and a bit run down. The view to the rice field is blocked by the construction of a new villa. We lived with construction noise for 6Am until 6PM every day. The villa now has no view and very limited sun.The property manager was intent on leaving s soon as he could. The villa is misrepresented on line. We live in Sanur and know what is resonable and fair. This was a dishonest transaction by the owner.

Construction site just next door. Not recommended if you are bother by noise.
