La ventanas que entra un poco de luz y el ruido que es muy muy incómodo durante toda la noche se escuchaba todo lo que pasaba en la calle, no hemos descansado nada de nada.

"Lovely apartment and location. Great to have Carti nearby to help us locate the apartment and figure out the entry codes"

The bed was comfortable. They brought us extra pillows and towels when requested. The location was great.

The instructions to enter the building were very unclear. It didn’t clearly state what apartment number we were renting on our rental agreement, and the entry code said to enter a * when on the key pad it was actually supposed to be a check mark. Not clear at all.

"Lovely place to stay in a central location"

Very central location in front of the main cathedral, on a pedestrian street. Supermarket around the corner and the main market a short walk away. Also liked that the laundry machine was a combined washer/dryer.

Refrigerator was turned off on arrival and temperature was difficult to adjust to appropriate temperature for medication requiring refrigeration (too cold, then not cold enough, etc.). It took several adjustments to get to an acceptable refrigerator temperature.
