Good location and size of the space

The property requires more maintainance and cleaning

Fajna chociaż troszkę przykurzona villa . Spokojna okolica , ciche sąsiedztwo i kilka minut do plaży.

Może trochę odświeżyć całe wnętrze, wymienić krzesła i stare sprzęty,bo ten dom ma fajną energię i szkoda żeby stał pusty.

Locatie heel goed, rustig gelegen en toch centraal bij eetgelegenheden en winkels. strand 20 minuten lopen. complete keuken en comfortabel ingericht.

keukenmaterialen waren niet van een hele goede kwaliteit, ben maar een mes wezen kopen in supermarkt, schoonmaak goed maar bijvullen koffie faciliteiten viel tegen. de buurman kan nogal herrie maken met muziek 2 ochtenden gehad in 1 week.

the room itself is like a small apartment in size. It comes with a water dispenser (clean drinkable water) and the beds are comfortable. The pool is nice and the staff are very friendly as you come to expect in Bali However, The location is its best and worst features being close to a local night market (cheaper than Sanur night market) and close to a local supermarket for supplies.

The BIGGEST problem with the location is the community hall right next door. Relentless drum practice, trombones, xylophone, marching practice, functions, yelling and loud music, singing practice for all ages and more.. this starts from 7am most every morning and runs through out the day (with random intervals) through until midnight some nights.. we stayed for 2 weeks and didn't get a single (full) day of peace while there. If its not the community hall, there is a drummer nearby that also practices regularly and on the other side are restaurants that have singers, drummers or xylophones playing and singing until 10pm or later some night.. this might have been more relentless due to our last day being Indonesia independence day but i feel this goes on most days irrespective of that. This is the furthest from tranquil one can get im afraid and after two weeks of simply trying to relax by the pool or in our villa, i felt I was at my wits end and definitely not relaxed.. i was ready to leave. not the villas fault as location cannot be helped, but I would stay anywhere else but this area next time.

Het was ruim, maar mag de naam Vila niet hebben.

Erg verouderd en niet verwacht bij het zien van de foto’s….. het zwembad lag er nu redelijk bij: wel onkruid tussen tegels ( mensen waren 1 dag eerder aangekomen en toen konden ze niet zwemmen: algen)
