Flott leilighet, godt utstyrt kjøkken, meget sentralt plassert. Hyggelig og hjelpsom vert. Vær oppmerksom på at leiligheten ligger i 4.etasje uten heis, men verten tilbød å bære opp koffertene (noe vi avslo)

Appartamento di altissimo livello, situato a due minuti a piedi dall'Arena, pulito, accogliente, comodissimo (eravamo in cinque), e dotato di tutti i comfort. Ci ha accolto Gioia, una ragazza gentilissima, allegra, super professionale, che ci ha subito dato tutte le info necessarie al nostro soggiorno. Struttura fortemente consigliata

Host was on time and clearly explained instructions and gave us tips, when requested, which we appreciated. The location is great, the apartment is bright and silent.

Mixed feelings about the host. She strictly follows rules. While she did allow us to check in an hour early, she was quite curt and emphasized punctuality so strongly that we ended up rushing, even with my 60-year-old mother. A kinder, more welcoming tone would have made a big difference. Cleanliness: The apartment was very clean overall, but the mugs in the dishwasher needed extra scrubbing before use. Security deposit: A €200 deposit was required, and there was a flimsy cabinet in the second room that nearly fell on my mother, which felt unsafe. Given the host’s unfriendly attitude, we preferred to check out early to ensure we would get the deposit back, rather than risk any issues. At checkout, the cleaning lady was already waiting right outside the door to make sure we left on time, which felt uncomfortable and a bit intrusive. Overall, the stay felt more stressful than relaxing. It did not feel like a holiday, but more like a strict and uncomfortable experience.
