Did not like the elevator. It left you off at the pool and you had to go thru the pool area to get to your apt. Our luggage was heavy and you just couldn’t roll it the whole way because of multiple steps and gates you had to open

Property came as described, very spacious and loved the balcony and pool

Not much to dislike except that because of the close proximity to the pool we had to have majority of the curtains closed so people couldn’t see into the bedroom from the pool area

The property location and view was as always good However the property condition is run down in need of maintenance and pool area need lighting and tile repair on the stairs - very slippery when wet which it was for the hole stay

The apartment had a tv as old as the apartment - more then 20 years with only 3 channels free to air that you could watch . Flooded in due to heavy flooding rain and no where and nothing to do with a very limited tv and a dvd player from 1999?? Charge $300 a night and a tv that is not even a basic $2000 smart tv that can access free to air channels is very poor . The accommodation host accommodation Whitsubday does not reply to request to change booking via email or through bookings.com for 3 days because it’s the weekend and refuses to alter dates of booking due to husband not being able to attend when it’s a 30 th anniversary weekend away 6 days out from arrival - is very poor . Poor communication . Poor undervalue facilities , run down complex in bad need of a refresh .

The unit was in a great Location and very clean. We where very lucky we could get in early without any extra charges.

Unfortunately the complex doesn’t have any recycling bins all rubbish goes into landfill bins.
