Luxury 3BR Infinity Jungle View Aashaya Villa Ubud

We loved everything about this villa! Very convenient location - only 5 or so minutes drive to a Ubud centre (with very little of Ubud’s notorious traffic) Easy to find on the map for Gojek and Grab. And in walking distance to several nice warungs - we particularly loved breakfast at Melali (which we did several times) - and their fried chicken sliders for lunch! From the moment we walked through the gate, we felt at peace and utterly delighted with the openness and green lushness of the place. It just has a truly great feel about it - inviting, tranquil, gorgeous. Lovely pool! It’s not over-the-top luxury, but truly everything we needed and wanted was there. Excellent quality linen, comfortable beds, all amenities clean and functional. And the staff were wonderful - Agung at the helm was so caring and attentive, and Maria so utterly delightful (and the very sweet man who inflated our pool floaties for us) - they’re all an asset to the place! Thank you so so much to the whole team - who made our trip so comfortable. And finally - what great value for money!!! Extremely reasonable for such a great place in an excellent location!

We liked everything!

This is a beautiful villa. Lovely, spacious house with gorgeous indoor /outdoor ensuites to each of the 3 bedrooms. The pool in secluded and lush garden setting is fabulous. Immaculately clean inside and out. Many dining options within walking distance. The staff friendly and very helpful.

We liked everything. But there was no fence around the pool and we had a 2 year old with us so we asked the manager to arrange a pool fence which he did. It was quite expensive but worth it because we all had so much lovely swimming.

Perfect staff. Amazing view. Very cozy and comfortable place.

Garden and pool amazing. Lovely villa if you don’t mind that there is not lockable front door.

Kitchen is not that luxurious, need update. Noisy construction site where workers working on the roof can see in your bathroom . Had to contact the manager to tell construction workers to get down so we can take shower and use toilets. No privacy at all

The villa is big, spacious, and very clean. Towels are plentiful and conveniently accessible from the master bedroom’s walk-in wardrobe. All three bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms, which is very comfortable for families. The villa is well-equipped with a water heater and washing machine, making it ideal for longer stays. It comfortably accommodates a family of six. The swimming pool is clean and enjoyable, especially for kids. There are also ponds filled with fish, and the children really enjoyed feeding them.

Bylo možné si snadno domluvit dopravu – jak na vilu, tak kamkoliv po okolí. My jsme například využili transfer do přístavu Sanur a také zajištění jízdenek na loď na ostrov Lembongan. Také jsme si půjčili motorku, kterou nám pohodlně přivezli až k vile. Vila je velmi příjemná, stejně jako celý personál. Denně se uklízí. V okolí je spousta skvělých restaurací – od levnějších warungů až po luxusnější podniky, včetně míst na snídani. Celkově se vila nachází v klidné ulici, takže pobyt byl opravdu pohodový. Na Bookingu to není přímo napsaný, ale ubytování nabízí pozdější check-out. Stačí se pak domluvit s manažerem.

Ve vile mi chyběly skříně na oblečení. Internet byl zpočátku problémový – první den měl výpadek. Manažer nám po dni zařídil LTE modem se 40 GB, a nakonec vše naběhlo a začalo fungovat perfektně, s rychlostí kolem 50 Mbps.

The Villa has a nice jungle vibe.

The staff was unfriendly, not flexible. We felt that the villa manager treated us like cattles rather than guests. He was really unprofessional, and was bragging about how many villas he manages in the area. We also struggled from frequentl snake appearances. The swimming pool's side was covered by coconut palms which were not cleaned from the coconut thus using the pool was dangerous. When we asked them to remove those, they helped, but that job made the pool unusable for a stretch of time due to the dirt the job created.They should have scheduled this work ahead of guest stays. The Villa's location is less than ideal, very far from the city center, and it only has a dirt road that is constantly dusty and very busy. We arrived with two babies, and the villa does not provide a cot and we felt we were being pressured to rent from them. They were trying to make more money rather than helping. Beyond this, don't expect them to provide anything beyond drinking water. Overall the place is not child friendly so if you are looking for a big villa where you can be with your kids, this is probably not the most ideal place .

Очень красивый двор, множество растений, ухоженныйдвор, рыбки, вид на джунгли из всех спален и террасы. Уличные души в каждой спальне - вау. Хороший персонал, ежедневная уборка. В нескольких минутах ходьбы много неплохих и недорогих варунгов, магазинчик. Бесплатно разрешили поздний выезд, спасибо!

Мебель устарела. Освещение в гостиной, в спальнях и бассейне могло бы быть уютнее (точечное), темновато. Далеко океан, но это Убуд. Тряпки на кухне очень старые.
