Great place, friendly family, quiet, clean pool.

DON’T BELIEVE THE PICTURES, THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY RUNDOWN!! - ⁠Mould on pillows- asked for new pillows which also were covered in mould. - Walls covered in mould and damp. - Limescale covered shower and fittings - Plug sockets not working - No staff ever available- number left we were unable to call - Property is extremely run down - No WIFI in bedrooms - ⁠Had to as for fresh toilet paper and towels as 1 roll for 9 nights does not suffice - ⁠Asked to move rooms, no soap to wash your hands and walls covered in mould - ⁠Pool needs cleaning - dead insects floating around - Broken amenities around the pool - ⁠Terrible shower pressure - ⁠Infrequent hot water The owners have let his place run into disrepair and don’t seem to care about paying guests welfare. Many of the guests we saw were sat in the heat for upwards of an hour waiting for someone to come and check them in. Their rooms were not ready on arrival (at the required check in time) meaning they were told to “just wait” even longer in the heat whilst their room was cleaned. Many of the guests we saw were extremely disappointed and took pictures of the run down property. Would not recommend you stay here!!!

The room was comfortable and big, the aircon worked, the bathroom was a great size, area was quite secluded had a pool the lady running it was very nice the scooter I rented from her was reasonably priced and reliable

It was down a muddy track, the closest ferry stop wasn’t indicated, I got off at the mushroom beach stop which was not the closest stop and had a 40 minute bone crunching ride in the back of a passenger Ute

The staff were absolutely amazing!! Simple WhatsApp message and things were sorted immediately. Location is very good with a short 5 min scooter ride to the beach and 10 mins to all the shops and restaurants. Facilities are well maintained and so too your room if you request it by simply placing the "make my room" on your door, otherwise the staff will never enter your room for privacy reasons which I absolutely love!! This listing doesn't say its a 5* resort, so if that's what you want then pay the money to stay in one!

Water pressure does take a minute to get going, i found a simple flush of the toilet and the shower was good to go! Yes mould can be smelt in the rooms, so i requested the top floor. If you turn the aircon to "dry" setting this wasnt as bad and still kept the room cool! The TV in the rooms didn't work even for local channels which was kind of disappointing, but the TVs are decent so if you bring devices to plug in (ChromeCast) they will work.

The pool was nice, looked clean although we didn't use it.

The beds were very hard, the sheets had holes in them and were tainted. It shows a TV on the advert but the TV doesn't work (didn't mind too much as we didn't watch it anyway, but misleading). The ar conditioning unit was FILTHY and would put out a very mouldy damp smell ever time it came on. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall and surrounding the smaller windows. The bathroom - the shower head was brown from what I assume is dirt and the water, never been cleaned! The roof had holes in it and big water mark stains, the floor and the doors were visibly dirty also. Shower is salt water so you could never feel fresh or clean especially with everything else I'm the room being how it was. The sink plug had someone else hair in it as well as being generally dirty along with the mirror. Overall the place was not pleasant, if it wasn't for the fact that I highly doubted any other room would be any better I would've complained and requested a change, however it was a short stay and I wasnt convinced there would be any improvements in other rooms. Very disappointed, would not stay here again.
