On arrival I was expected to collect towels and cups from the reception. I was expecting to get that from the room I have booked. The room was not smelling nice and the shower was not clean. The bed is not comfortable

There was nothing to like there, and the reviews on booking.com should be change from 8 out of 10 to 1 out of 10.

The pictures on the website and the property does not match at all. the place is rundown. and needs maintenance.
