The apartment was modern, well equipped, clean and very central. Very helpful hosts and communication was good. The three bathrooms were all great. The courtyard was wonderful. The area was quiet and felt very safe for single women.

Be prepared for the quirky layout but if everyone knows each other and respect privacy and going to bed times it works. One bedroom with ensuite very private and could close the door between the other day room, which also had it's own door. This made two private bedrooms at night out of the space. The other bedroom with no door is around the corner so also was quite private.

What I liked mostly was cleanliness, bed linen and towels were sparkling clean l, location was great, cozy inner yeard, three bathroom was very comfortable for 7 people. The only thing I recommend is to have more cups for tea and coffee to be enough for number of people staying at the property 😊

When leaving we could not insert the inseparable type trash bag in the outside dedicated container because we do not received the trash opening card! One klind neighbor helped us by using his card.

It was a very clean big flat with 3 good size bathrooms. In the kitchen one can find everything you need to cook. Location was terrific as well and a very quiet area.

A smart TV for watching Netflix, etc. would have been nice. Extra blankets. I didn’t realize that it’s not a true 3-bedroom— particularly the spot next to the kitchen.

There is actually just one proper bedroom. The second is quite weird, without windows and door, just 2 twin beds in a small space. It was awkward to sleep there.

Spacious, close to center,.clean, everything you need was there...and a warm floor which is so much welcomed in these early winter days. Reactive and supportive owner. Quiet place at night...no noises. All facilities were there and working

Communications from the owners in advance were great (really friendly, clear, helpful and timely) and were highly appreciated. Francesco was also very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, and the apartment is bright and open and generally well appointed. We had all the space we needed, loved having the courtyard, and were particularly impressed by the bathrooms (I miss that shower!). WiFi was very reliable, which was particularly critical for the days I was working. We appreciated the booklets providing advice and recommendations.

Had to use WhatsApp to contact Francesco, but he didn't get my messages so wasn't there to meet me when I arrived. I had to figure out how to call him, then wait for him to arrive. If my parents had arrived first, they would not have been able to figure it out. Maybe consider an easier way to get in. Highly recommend adding a door (could easily do a barn door) to the room with the two beds - not only is it currently a privacy challenge, but any lights turned on in the kitchen/living area might as well be turned on in that room since there is no door. Also recommend finding a way to make the furniture more comfortable. We all found the sofa very uncomfortable (so I bought an extra cushion, which I have left behind). Although the house rules talk about silence hours, the noise from the upstairs neighbours at all hours was surprising. Also note there was no Emerald card, which made dealing with garbage over a long stay a bit challenging.
