Hotel staff was welcoming and room was beautiful and well stocked. You get a lot of value for your money and lose some of the onsite hotel facilities like restaurants and gift shops. For our family it works because we have three younger kids and need the room.
Stayed in a 3 bedroom Villa with a pool with 3 other families. The service was impeccable from checkin to check out. The room was very spacious. Our party cooked a lot utilizing the patio bbq and full kitchen. We would have appreciated a kitchen with more pantry items like cooking oil or butter. Daily housekeeping wasn't always up to par but we're not sure if it is because the room was just so big. We found a dead roach in a closet on one day but chalked it up to just part of living in Paradise.
We had a most relaxing stay at Wailea Beach Villas. Our condo was beautifully decorated with ample room for the four of us. We had the most amazing ocean view and were well cared for by the staff. I highly recommend this property for families that want to spread out beyond a 300 square foot hotel room.

If you're looking for a serviced resort, this place is not for you! If you're looking for a group friends / family vacation at a large apartment or villa and would rather cook yourself (including grilling), then this is definitely the place for you! Probably the most exclusive property on Wailea, it's just absolutely gorgeous and the staff is wonderful.
We loved every bit of this vacation, starting with the gorgeous 3 bedroom unit. Perfect location, walking distance to snorkeling and paddle boarding. Great beach, as well as being close to Makena, in case you want big waves. Highly recommended.
Best place to stay in Maui the villas/ penthouses are luxurious, steps from the beach, shopping, and great shopping!
The property and grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The views are spectacular. This was most definitely a great choice for ur first visit to Maui. The only downside with this property is that if you have young kids (12 and under), they may get easily bored because there are no beach/pool activities nor equipment of any kind. Given that this property manly caters to a more mature audience, families with younger kids might feel a little "out of place."
The penthouse was spacious private and luxurious! The beach and adult pool were perfect, our partial ocean view was weak but the location and beauty of the penthouse and its facilities was unparalleled
Luxurious surroundings,accommodations, & amenities make this a totally relaxing vacation! Customer service above & beyond as staff love their jobs! Family meals in gourmet kitchen & BBQ grill and eating on Lanai were a favorite! Days started on beach then to adult pool- included beach umbrella & towel service! Views breathtaking! Would definitely return here!
