Приветливый персонал. Нас заселили сразу, как только мы приехали, раньше времени заезда. Великолепный завтрак!

В номере всё время был слышен шум насоса с верхнего этажа.

Bon hôtel bien situé dans la ville de Shymkent. Le personnel était serviable (parlant anglais), avec réception 24h/24. Petit déjeuner bon, avec du choix.

La chambre est plutôt petite, mais confortable et fonctionnelle.

A clean room, with very friendly staff. The location was perfect for us and they let us check in at 4:00 after an overnight flight.

Our room had no window and was quite small, but we probably knew that when we booked. In hindsight I would book one of the more expensive rooms. I would still recommend it as a place to stay.

Good location and very polite, pleasant staff. The room was clean and cozy. The breakfast was excellent — truly delicious. The beds were comfortable, and the room had useful shelves and conveniently placed power sockets. The rooms are small, but the space is well organized. The internet connection was good and stable.

The room was quite noisy because it faced directly onto the street, so we could hear motorbikes. The air conditioner blew directly onto the bed. We could also hear the water pump all night, and the staff said there was nothing they could do to fix it.

部屋綺麗、清潔。 スタッフさんは英語が話せる方もいてバスのことやタクシー呼んでもらったりとても親切に対応してくれた。朝食もそれなりによかった。
