"Gastegeber ist nicht vertrauenswürdig. (Am Ankunftstag storniert / 5 Std. vor Check-in)"

Wir habe ca. 1 Monat im voraus 10 Tage Aufenthalt gebucht. (Kosten ca. 2000,- Euro) Am Tag der Ankunft 11:35 ( wir waren schon auf der Insel La Palma angekommen) wurde uns per automat. Email von booking.com mitgeteilt, dass die Unterkunft "Aufgrund von Überbuchung" storniert wurde und wir nach einer neuen Unterkunft suchen sollen. Die spanische Kontaktperson (Gastgeber) hat uns nur bestätigt, dass es irgendwie nicht geht und wir wahrscheinlich ein "little Problem" haben. Ja was soll man dazu sagen. Wir haben dann ca. 3-4 Stunden gebraucht um eine Ersatzunterkunft in einem Hotel zu finden. Alles in allem war das ein besonders stressiger Tag. Die Insel La Palma ist allerdings so schön und vielfälltig, dass wir unser "Erlebnis" spätestens nach dem 3.Tag vergessen konnten und den restlichen Urlaub in einer neuen Unterkunft geniessen konnten.

"Schönes Anwesen und freundliche Vermieter"

Sehr schönes Anwesen mit mega freundlichen Vermietern. Pool, Garten und Haus - alles prima. Das Haus liegt allerdings etwas abgelegen und die schmalen Strassen muss man fahren mögen. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig!
