GBthe bed I was sleeping on was covered in stains, dirt and frankly I don’t think I should have paid for my stay or for that room in the condition that it was in. I have photos for evidence of this.
there were dirty sheets, no toilet paper and the beds were not very comfortable. honestly, for the price I was paying compared to other hotels in the area - it was shocking that they could expect us to accept the beds in the condition that they were in.
