セルフチェックインにも関わらず、部屋番号、鍵の番号が伝えられていなかった。管理会社は繋がらず、緊急連絡先らしい携帯番号に電話をしましたが、日本語のたどたどしい男性が対応。部屋と、鍵番号を電話誘導されその部屋を開けると他の顧客が滞在中。もう一度電話で伝えると清掃中です。部屋変更します。と、ようやく部屋に滞在できました。セルフチェックインなのに、チェックインまで30分。日中に訪れたから良かったものの、夜間のチェックインになった場合どうなっていたかと思います。また、滞在中の部屋を同じように開けられる状態は安心できないですね。私以外にも同じように、チェックインが出来ずに、電話をすると、事前払いをしているにも関わらず、郵送で現金送れとの指示を出されていました。話の通じない対応者を置くのなら、清掃、部屋の管理はもっとしっかりした方が良いかと思います。
