Location awesome. Near shop, eatries place & 5min walk to Feringgi Walk. Got new room with new aircond. Owner best.

Toilet smell until my wife bought some air freshner from nearby Ecoshop - 1min walk from hotel - then ok no smell. Got exhaust fan and suction strong but the smell still present.

Hotel was super close to beach in Batu Ferringhi and a bus stop. The man at reception was very nice. Provided water bottles everyday

The room stunk of cigarettes, we assume other people in the same complex not part of the hotel. The bathroom also stunk and the drainage wasn’t the best with the shower leaking 24/7. However a budget hotel so get what you pay
