"PÉSIMO HOTEL Y PÉSIMO SERVICIO"

Desde el momento de llegada no hay medidas ni precauciones COVID, no entregan comprobantes de reserva. Total falta de empatía, pésimo trato y agresion verbal por parte de la supuesta encargada del hotel y del velador por no saber resolver situaciones simples de estacionamiento. La peor experiencia en el peor hotel.

Mal reserve 6 habitaciones y me dieron cargos extra por impuestos y no pedí factura y me dijo el dueño que si no me gustaba me saliera a las 10 de la noche
