Loistava palvelu, ystävällinen henkilöstö. Vaihtoivat minut upeaan kattohuoneistoon, kun oman huoneeni kanssa oli epäselvyyksiä. Loistava aamiainen. Rento surffihenkinen sisustus. Hyvä sänky. Lokin nauruun oli ihana herätä. Kivenheiton päässä kaikesta.

Kadun äänet kuuluvat jonkin verran huoneeseen.

"Blutflecken auf der Bettwäsche, eine defekte Zimmertür und drei leidliche Nächte."

Das Personal vor Ort war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für den jungen Mann vor Ort tat es mir leid, da er nun gar nichts für diese Misere konnte. Eigentlich eine charmante Unterkunft, aber ...

Beim ersten Zimmer gab es von Beginn an Probleme mit der Zimmertür. Die große Metalltür ließ sich zunächst nur schwer, schließlich gar nicht mehr öffnen – das Schloß war wohl defekt. Nach zwei Tagen hin und her bekam ich ein neues Zimmer. Bis dahin hatte ich zwei mäßige, weil kurze, Nächte, da ab 5:30 Uhr die Müllabfuhr zugange war. Das neue Zimmer war über einer (oder mehrere)Restaurantküche(n). Ab 16:00 war bis nach Mitternacht an Ruhe nicht zu denken. Dann wurde es ekelhaft: Erst als ich zu Bett gehen wollte und die Bettdecke aufschlug, sah ich die Blutflecken auf Bettlacken und -decke. Wie kann man das beim Beziehen nicht sehen? Personal war dann nicht mehr da, geschweige denn erreichbar. Die Nacht war entsprechend. Den Schimmel im Bad hatte ich da schon vergessen.

One of the best breakfasts I have experienced anywhere. So many options and all prepared to order and served by friendly staff. Lovely light and airy room with charming period charm. Great central location close to restaurants, bars and shops and only 10 minutes walk from the station. Staff were kind enough to keep our bags overnight while we were walking to Sintra.

Staff at the onsite pizzeria are happy to help and there is a number to contact for assistance but this is all passcode access only and there is no resident reception. It wasn't an issue but you need to be aware. The central location is perfect but as the windows are not double-glazed, we were woken early by the rubbish collection but perhaps we should not have left our window open overnight. Would definitely stay again.

"Grote mooi ingerichte kamer en ruime badkamer."

Zeer grote en leuk ingerichte kamer. Grote badkamer. Kortbij het centrum. Topadresje!

Er was een continue geluid afkomstig van frigo of dergelijke ..tot ergens midden id nacht. Het was vlakbij achter de muur thv het bed. Het geluid was nog storender wanneer je met je hoofd op het kussen lag…heel raar. Geluidsarm naar buiten toe.
