Hotel staff is humble. Rooms are big. Good breakfast. Provided all the required things like hair dryer, toiletries , geyser, dental kit etc. Metro station is at walking distance. Chemist and shops are near by.

The location is surrounded by houses so view is not much great. Activities are missing. You can go for just stay purpose.

Geyser was not working

booked a hotel and have already received the booking confirmation ID I tried to call the hotel but there was no direct line. Customers can whatsapp only. I already messaged, I will check in. I arrived at the hotel at 1am, there were no lights in the hotel courtyard, the reception was closed, when I knocked on the door it opened, I was really surprised. I have never seen a hotel like this in my country. I showed the booking no. I was surprised again that they answered that there was no order for me. After talking with the boss, the staff took me and my sister to look at the room, I was surprised again on the internet, on the booking apps. com, the room is really beautiful and the rewiews are also very good, but really not clean. I had to accept the room because it was 2am, I was tired, at the reception staff asked for my ID, I gave my passport, then he rejected me because of me from Malaysia. I asked why I couldn't stay, he said I need to fill in the C form. I said no matter what form I ll fill in, it's not a problem for the room only. He called the boss and the boss said im from Malaysia cannot stay here and asked me to find another hotel ...I don't understand why booking.com accepted my order ..I booked this hotel even when I was in Malaysia and not in another country.....I am really disappointed with this service and booking.com and treebo hotel
