Non professional staff Wanted to extend stay for 2 more day for 4 rooms. But given rates were much higher and when asked for 2 extra bed. Lady receptionist had no knowledge of it and were charging equal of one room charges. So we left the hotel and stayed in other hotel with much better in all respects.
