Great Location close to Liberty Square

Beds are very comfy and the place is at great location. Staff were helpful as well.

Location, comfort and the host that greeted us were great.

For the standard twin and triple rooms they have 2 bathrooms to be shared, one of which has a faulty lock and requires elbow work and some jigging to properly lock it. Unfortunately my partner did have someone walk in on them while they were using it and gave them quite a shock. This isn’t the fault of the guest house but the faulty lock is, especially when it is being shared by 9(!) guests. Overall, it was an okay experience. Edited to add: I was personally contacted by the CEO of the stay to ask to amend my neutral review and I have redacted my comment regarding no photos of the standard twin room. However, the rest is I feel my opinion on my experience during my stay there. I have decided to reduce the points even more as I was contacted on my private mobile number after checking out. (We checked in at their stated allowed check in times at 3pm, which is why I feel I did not have to let them know prior to our arrival) and stated that I was “falsely accusing” and that my review was “misleading”, even though a lock that does not close easily is faulty as this can also impact other guests with mobility/disability issues. And honestly, accusing one of your guests that they were lying over an accident involving a faulty lock (that happened late at night) is just malicious. Their reply also states that the manager herself checked the room but also failed to mention that our room was missing towels and had to be delivered nearly 2 hours later when I took them from the host who apologised and said that he forgot to place them in our room. Overall, it started as 5/10 with comfort, value for money and location receiving good and great results but I have to amend to include the aftercare of management towards past customers. I only docked it to 4/10 as I feel the original review is still applicable with the location and comfort and also the host that greeted us were great, however the management has taken them down a peg.

The staff, the place. Very clean and big room

Very pleasant staff. Room was big and tidy, we had clean towels, slippers. Clean and huge bed. Very close to city center, location is perfect. Room was VERY big and clean.

Thin walls, we heard everyone outside their rooms in common space.
