Terra Divina

Die Unterkunft ist super schön! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß 15-20 min, mit dem Auto 5min.

Casa grande e comoda, perfetta per gruppi fino a 10 persone. Immersa tra ulivi e natura, molto tranquilla, ma vicina alle bellissime spiagge del sud. Ci è piaciuto il silenzio e lo spazio esterno e intorno alla casa.

La pulizia generale della casa non soddisfacente (arredi e lenzuola sporchi). Una delle camere, che è una depandance separata dalla casa, aveva macchie e odore di muffa. Anche la manutenzione degli arredi, sia esterni che interni non era adeguata.

cleanliness was disappointing, the house was not cleaned in depth. after i asked for extra cleaning, a very superficial job was done (we found the same dirt at the same spots, old towels were taken but not replaced) owner must invest in better overall maintenance (fix rusty radiators, bad plumbing, dirty walls)

Beautiful place and the views from the Vila was absolutely stunning! Clean rooms and a lot of space to chill. Clean swimmingpool as well. Also a lot of privacy but still close to Central Plakias (5 min. Drive by car). If you like horses and horseriding. There is beautiful horse riding school 10 min. Walk from the vila. And the neighbor of the Vila have a lovely white horse that we multiple times visit to say hi.

I have been in plakias area few times, and was prepared for the 'usual' hotel or bnb experience : backpains, mosquito bites, fault smell and noisy neighbours. But. We insisted getting a proper place this vacation. We found it. Terra Divina is a special place, with a lot of attention even to the small details: starting by easy check in and communicative owner, through small details like lightning, garden, extra towles and supplied kitchen. Enough rooms (and beds) for the eight of us, with shades and proper windows, comfy clean beds and showers, 3 stories of fun and pleasure. Will come next year for sure. Highly recommended!

The garden gate had malfunction, owner fixed it the next morning. Nothing else!

It is paradise! The best view! A lot of space! Good beds. Great swimming pool, shower next to the pool. Enough sun beds. Good sleeping beds. Air conditioning in every room. TV in every room, the kids loved it, also the pool. Nice rooms, bathrooms and showers. Grass was green. Owner friendly and helping. We loved our stay very much and didn’t want to leave!!

The plastic that flew over the fence (due to the Cretan wind probably) and is still laying on the other side of the stone fence on the right side. You don’t see it unless you look over the border, but it would still be nicer if it was cleaned up. One day electricity went down in the whole neighbourhood, so we could not open the gate to leave with the car. Would be good if there was a manual option to open the gate. Electricity was running again after 2 hours. It only happened once. The coordinates on booking were wrong, the house is 2 streets more land-in. Probably it is because of the solar panels which are visible on the map, but they are not disturbing.

Wonderful villa, well maintained, stunning views, excellent support from staff and delightful location near the excellent beaches of Damnoni and Shinaria just east of Plakias. We warmly recommend this villa and location and will gladly consider returning here.

No complaints at all.

The beautiful pool area and the views. Ball to play with in the pool was great - we had some amazing times playing volleyball. The kids pool was great. Pool towels were provided which was great.

Would have helped if we had the following: Wine glasses Parasols (no shade around the pool) Plastic glasses for round the pool Dishwasher didn’t work but got fixed on our last day Welcome pack telling us where to put bins, taxi numbers etc would have been helpful. Nowhere to put the bins outside the house that we could see. The property has 4 BEDROOMS not 5 as I was told. The 5th “bedroom” is a sofa bed on a landing.
