Not the best access for anyone with mobility issues with being outside metal stairs

Convenient, easy to communicate with owner, bright space, roomy, clean, multiple bathrooms, linens of good quality, kitchen well stocked.

Water stain near master bath concerned me it could have mold under the rug, laundry room/ bathroom needed dusting, could have better lighting on porch & stairs
