La ubicación fenomenal,serca de todo muy bonito el lugar , no me lo imagine así Rompió todas mis expectativas

Ubo un problema con el sistema de tv pagada Y la verdad afecto mucho a mis niños y otro problemá con el aire acondicionado pero lo demas excelente 👌

"Esxogencia errada de hotel"

La atención de la señora de la cocina q también es la del aseo de habitaciones.

Muy mala la atención, el pago anticipado del alojamiento, habitaciones pequeñas y cerradas sin ventilación, mala atención, las personas q reciben al visitante son de mal genio excepto por una de ellas. Llegamos y dijeron q no había agua caliente, no dieron los controles de la TV y tampoco del aire acondicionado. Las puertas cierran del óxido y no habían ganchos de ropa. Me quedo corto.

Nada no le devolvieron el dinero, nos dió media noche y nunca nos solucionaron nada un asco de hotel, nos robaron

"Se pasó la noche pero si tienen fallas en cuanto el mantenimiento y el parqueadero en booking dice que con parqueadero"

Tienen organizadas las habitaciones con nuestra necesidad

El parqueadero dijeron que había y no es así el vehículo tocó dejarlo afuera expuesto
