Everything about Mbano is wonderful. The food is fresh and tasty, the staff are extremely friendly and professional, the suites are truly luxurious, the grounds are very relaxing. I would come again and again.

Very yummy breakfast and extremely generous portions.Super comfortable beds ,very spacious suites.My whole family loved it . The staff treated us like royalty and like we were the only guests.we loved everything about the place.The decor is amazing :)

The hotel room was clean, spacious and well decorated. The customer service was excellent. Particularly loved the breakfast.

los of mosquitos, the mosquito net has big gaps between ceiling tile and wall tiles so it didn’t work at all. we sprayed all over but still got bitten every night!

The suites were nicely designed, the grounds / garden were beautiful and the staff were generally pleasant.

The price I paid for the suite for myself and my family was just under $500 per night. For that I would expect a polished service but in reality what I got was: The shower leaked The temperature of the water was fluctuating from hot to cold every 10 seconds The safe in the room was missing One of the doors to the bathroom was stuck The food portions in the restaurant were tiny The services I used at the lodge were hugely inflated (taxi, drinks, tours etc) The inflated price taxi I ordered at the lodge was 15 minute later in picking me up The eggs for the breakfast order mixed up The lodge is marketed as a quiet bush retreat, but it was next to a construction company which meant it wasn't very quiet in the mornings and multiple other small issues. In reality this is a $200 - $250 per night lodge and not a $500 per night lodge

The villas are beautiful. and comfortable. The interior design throughout the property is absolutely gorgeous. The included breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of options from which to choose.

The food and beverages are very expensive compared with similar restaurants and properties.
